POLYMER PENCIL PROJECT DETAILS
The wood-free polymer pencil project is based on four layers Extrusion Line for Round or Hexagonal and Triangle
Pencils [7mm] and having length of 168 to 178mm.
The Standard Extrusion Line consists of 4 Extruders which consist of 1st Extruder for Graphite, 2nd
Extruder for PS foam sheathing / casing, 3rd Extruder for coating layer and 4th Extruder for stripes of a
different colour on top of the coating layer.
Above project consist of Compounding Machinery for making PS Foam Compound Granules also making
powder of Graphite, extrusion line for pencil and different post equipment.

2.LEAD COMPOUND MACHINE
HIGH SPEED MIXER – EEHSM – 200 (130Litres) – 1No. For lead (Graphite)
HIGH SPEED MIXER “EEHSM: 200 HSM is equipped with a 15kw A.C Induction motor on a heavy Electro welded steel frame. The vessel is double jacketed with inner layer of stainless steel and outer layer of mild steel. The blades of the impeller are specially designed to generate frictional heat besides ensuring thorough mixing by creation of whirlpool. The blades are dynamically balanced to ensure vibration free performance and long life.
